A quality timber deck can provide both an attractive extension to your living space as well as create an ideal place to relax outdoors.
 We can design timber decking structures for almost any place in the garden, be it flat or sloping ground; this creates the perfect solution for sloping sites, uneven ground and old worn-out patios. All our decks are customised on-site to the agreed requirements with the client. Decks range from simple ground level to multi-level with inset lighting, planting and even water.
A choice of profiles and hard and soft timbers are available. Decks are more than just a wooden platform. When you design a deck you need to consider what purpose the deck needs to serve. How big should it be? What shape? What features should your deck include? 
Framework timbers are all strength graded and galvanised/ stainless steel fixings are used, subject to requirements.

Technical information:

  • All timber used is pressure impregnated with C.C.A preservative.
  • All exposed timbers are smooth planed and safe to touch, making it ideal and safe for children.
  • All metalwork associated with the decking is either stainless steel or galvanized making it maintenance free.
  • Where necessary a microporous membrane will be installed below the decking to prevent plant and weed growth.
  • Any planning or local authority requirements are dealt with by New Horizons so that you don't have to.
