Initial enquiry

 From this, you can expect a professional and courteous service that will endure for the whole process. At this point, we will take your contact details and discuss your requirements, timescales and the process, in brief, to give you a little insight before our meeting.

Consultation

The consultation will result in a client brief that details:
  • How you'll use the space
  • The style you would like
  • Features
  • Lighting
  • Plant preferences
  • Parking requirements
  • Boundaries
  • Trees
  • Existing features
  • Garden buildings
  • Aspect and soil conditions
 We will also take several measurements and photos.

Proposal

We will use all of this information to gauge the complexity of the design and construction process. From all the information, we will prepare a detailed quotation and deliver it to you promptly.

Build

Once we've agreed on a design and a price, we will get to work on your project, starting with making sure the ground is properly prepared.
